Quality
Assurance
Like our clients,
we are committed to producing the highest quality results in any intervention
in which we are involved. Below are some of the ways we have found to
assure a quality outcome:
1. Initial Interview
This allows us to determine your specific needs, issues and concerns
as well as current policies.
2. Diversity
in Partnership of Consultants
We provide a live model of the benefits of multiple perspectives to
working through tasks together. Workshops are often team presented by
at least two facilitators. We have made an effort to represent as many
contributing variables as possible, including but not limited to race,
gender, age and physical abilities.
3. Consistent
Quality
While our facilitators’ diversity increases the vast depth of
our resources, each one will be sure to cover all critical learning
points thoroughly and completely in each course. We consistently deliver
standard content in each session even though examples and individual
facilitator stories and experiences may vary.
4. Project
Management and Logistics
Project manager and facilitators will synchronize all facilitator activities,
supplies, equipment and program content to ensure the highest possible
quality. We integrate our services with any existing measures currently
used, anticipated or planned. C. Harris Companies’ process:

5. Implementation
of Instructional Design
Sample agendas presented in our proposal will be carefully designed
to assure that your organization’s priorities are addressed. Our
consultants have top-notch facilitation skills and are able to focus
on pertinent issues that can arise in any given workshop. Each facilitator
understands techniques to address difficult situations.
6. Team
Evaluation
At the end of each session the facilitator teams will debrief each session.
Sample debrief questions:
a) What went
well in the session?
b) What area for improvement existed?
c) What could be done differently?
d) Areas of concern to be reported to management.
7. Participant
Evaluations
Participants evaluate the quality of the workshop and the facilitators.
This information is given directly to client at the completion of each
