Jeff
Gingerich, Ph.D provides skillful facilitation
to help groups across the country peacefully create productive
ways of working together. He co-ordinated a nationally recognized
Resolving Conflict Creatively Program (RCCP)
in New Orleans for six years. This curriculum-based program is
designed to reduce the number of violence-related incidents within
schools and communities. His areas of expertise include team building,
communication, conflict resolution, mediation, cultural diversity
and organizational development. He has worked with school districts
in Louisiana, California and New York. Other clients include Chevron
Chemical, the U. S. Department of Agriculture and the Federal
Aviation Administration. Non-profit clients include Associated
Catholic Charities and the United Way Board of Executive Directors,
both of New Orleans. He is a prominent organizer in the Mennonite
Community and is currently working at the University of Pennsylvania
toward a Ph.D. in sociology with a specialty in race and ethnic
relations.
